Big job small job...!
बड़ा काम छोटा काम...!
There was a garage in the main market of the city which was run by a mechanic named Abdul. By the way, Abdul was a good man but there was a shortage in him, he considered his work bigger and the work of others small.(शहर की मेन मार्केट में एक गराज था जिसे अब्दुल नाम का मैकेनिक चलाता था . वैसे तो अब्दुल एक अच्छा आदमी था लेकिन उसके अन्दर एक कमी थी , वो अपने काम को बड़ा और दूसरों के काम को छोटा समझता था .)
Once a heart surgeon took his luxury car and serviced it there. Things - when Abdul came to know that the customer is a heart surgeon, he immediately asked, "Doctor Sahib, I was thinking that the work of both of us is the same ...!"(एक बार एक हार्ट सर्जन अपनी लक्ज़री कार लेकर उसके यहाँ सर्विसिंग कराने पहुंचे . बातों -बातों में जब अब्दुल को पता चला की कस्टमर एक हार्ट सर्जन है तो उसने तुरन्त पूछा , “ डॉक्टर साहब मैं ये सोच रहा था की हम दोनों के काम एक जैसे हैं… !")
"Alike! How is that? "The surgeon asked a little surprisingly.(“एक जैसे ! वो कैसे ?” , सर्जन ने थोडा अचरज से पूछा .)
"See, Janab," while working on Abdul Car's complicated engine, say, "This engine is the heart of the car, I check how it's going, I open it, fit its valves, well servicing I conclude the problems of tax and then add back ... you do something similar; Why? "(“देखिये जनाब ,” अब्दुल कार के कौम्प्लिकेटेड इंजन पर काम करते हुए बोल , “ ये इंजन कार का दिल है , मैं चेक करता हूँ की ये कैसा चल रहा है , मैं इसे खोलता हूँ , इसके वाल्वस फिट करता हूँ , अच्छी तरह से सर्विसिंग कर के इसकी प्रोब्लम्स ख़तम करता हूँ और फिर वापस जोड़ देता हूँ …आप भी कुछ ऐसा ही करते हैं ; क्यों ?”)
"Hmmm", the surgeon has convinced
(“हम्म ”, सर्जन ने हामी भरी .)
"So tell me why do you get 10 times more money from me, do you work the same as me?", Abdul asked.(“तो ये बताइए की आपको मुझसे 10 गुना अधिक पैसे क्यों मिलते हैं, काम तो आप भी मेरे जैसा ही करते हैं ?”, अब्दुल ने खीजते हुए पूछा .)
The surgeon thought for a moment and smiled, "You are going to understand what you are doing on the current engine."(सर्जन ने एक क्षण सोचा और मुस्कुराते हुए बोला , “ जो तुम कर रहे हो उसे चालू इंजन पे कर के देखो , समझ जाओगे .”)
No one had given such an answer before Abdul, now he had understood his mistake.(अब्दुल को इससे पहले किसी ने ऐसा जवाब नही दिया था, अब वह अपनी गलती समझ चुका था.)
Friends, every work has its own importance, it is ok to understand your work bigger but others should not be considered as small. We know more about the work of others but we do not know anything about the challenges that come in doing so. Therefore, do not understand anybody's work as small and respect everyone.
(Friends, हर एक काम की अपनी importance होती है , अपने काम को बड़ा समझना ठीक है पर दूसरों के काम को कभी छोटा नहीं समझना चाहिए ; हम औरों के काम के बारे में बस उपरी तौर पे जानते हैं लेकिन उसे करने में आने वाले challenges के बारे में हमें कुछ ख़ास नहीं पता होता . इसलिए किसी के काम को छोटा नहीं समझें और सभी की respect करें .)
